YouTuber The Tech Chap did extensive tests of NVIDIA’s new graphics card at 8K resolution, revealing that the current top-of-the-line GPU based on the Ada Lovelace Architecture delivers uncompromised 8K gaming at over 60 FPS while running Ultra settings (even including ray tracing where applicable) and DLSS Super Resolution on Ultra Performance....

Overall, the action looks pretty darn solid by the standards of 3D Sonic games, which have typically had terrible combat. Sonic has a variety of homing attacks, which seem to work pretty consistently without making the camera melt down. It looks like the big new feature is Sonic’s ability to trace paths around enemies, which can break through shields, launch enemies into the air, and expose boss weak points. Speaking of bosses, we also see our hedgehog taking on a towering baddie, which looks pretty complex and challenging by Sonic standards....

SpaceX’s Starlink satellite internet service is rugged enough to withstand a rocket landing boasted the company earlier today as part of its latest announcement. SpaceX has opened Starlink up for maritime customers, as it allows them to order its internet connectivity equipment for a variety of uses such as coverage on luxury boats and oil rigs. Today’s announcement came hours after SpaceX’s first Starlink launch for the second half of this year which saw the company push the boundaries of its Falcon 9 rocket yet again as it launched yet another stack of internet satellites into low Earth orbit (LEO)....

One of our favorite YouTube channels, “Digital Dreams", has shared a new video, this time showing Respawns Star Wars hit title Fallen Order in all of its glory on Ultra Settings and with the creator’s own custom ReShade Ray Tracing preset, complete with screen space raytracing global illumination. As you might know, Fallen Order doesn’t support hardware-based ray tracing, but this ReShade preset aims to mimic a similar effect. The result is pretty impressive and really adds to the immersion and visual eye candy of this amazing title....
