Space Exploration Technologies Corporation (SpaceX) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are ready to launch the fifth operational mission of the latter’s Commercial Crew Program (CCP) to the International Space Station (ISS) at noon Eastern Time later today. After a successful splashdown of the Orion spacecraft in the Pacific Ocean, NASA Administrator and former Senator Bill Nelson shared that his agency plans to go to Mars by the end of 2030. Well, the Embracer Group has released their latest financial results (and a long list of new acquisitions) and, reading between the lines a bit, it seems there’s some good news and bad news regarding the Knights of the Old Republic remake. While Embracer doesn’t specifically name the project, they admit that a major AAA project has transitioned to a new developer under the Embracer umbrella. This is almost certainly the KOTOR remake....
Update 1.03 introduces, among other things, lighting enhancements that improve visibility in certain dungeons. The update also introduces dynamic resolution scaling on PlayStation 4 and new automatic dismantling options. Adding a bit more fuel to the fire, back in 2021 Naughty Dog’s senior concept artist Hyoung Nam posted images of several female warrior types to their ArtStation, originally under the title “The Women of North.” Nam would write these off as a tribute to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla (even though they appear to have little to do with that game), but they now seem potentially more meaningful given the fantasy art found in TLOU Part I....
